Reservation requests
Submitting the website form or sending a WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking becomes confirmed only after CIAO MILAN TOUR confirms availability, the final price and inclusions in writing, and any required payment or deposit is received.
Prices and inclusions
Prices marked “from” depend on the selected package, date, group size and requested extras. Before payment, you will receive the applicable price and a description of what is included. Entrance tickets, meals, transport, boat trips and store purchases are excluded unless the confirmation expressly says they are included.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate contact and group information, arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time and tell us in advance about mobility needs, dietary restrictions, children, luggage or other requirements that may affect the service.
Suppliers and changes
Some services may be delivered with qualified independent guides, photographers, chauffeurs, venues or other suppliers. Routes and timing may change for safety, closures, weather, traffic or circumstances outside reasonable control. When possible, a suitable alternative will be offered.
Payments
Any payment request will be sent through the confirmed communication channel. Never send payment to an account or link that does not match the booking information you received directly from CIAO MILAN TOUR.
Applicable rights
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under relevant law.
